A time saving system designed to make your carrier appointment easy, accurate and fast, especially with multiple carriers.

How it works
You complete the online appointment just once. All required information and signatures are correctly placed. Information is securely stored and ready to use with your next appointment.

The first time you use it
Plan on ten to twenty minutes. Additional appointments take just a few mouse clicks.

The next time you use it
Getting appointed with additional carriers is just a matter of logging in, clicking the carrier name, reviewing your information and clicking "OK".

After your appointment is processed, you can return to view your documents or appoint with additional carriers.

Tips to make appointments easy

  1. Create a SureLC account if you don't already have one
  2. Write down and save your username & password. You'll need these to view or add contracts when you return.
  3. Have the following with you:
    • Fax machine
    • Printer
    • Insurance Licenses
    • E & O Certificate
    • Tax ID Number
  4. When you enter your SSN and Last Name, a report will be pulled from the National Insurance Producer Database.  If any of this information is incorrect, you can make corrections.  Note that changing information in this system will not notify your Department of Insurance.
  5. If you complete an appointment for someone else, please enter all information for that person. Do not use your own information.
  6. You will see your progress at the bottom of the page. How long this online appointment takes will be, in part, a function of how many carriers you elect.

NOTE: As of Friday, July 22nd 2011, we have a new contracting system from Surancebay.  If you've used the Kaplan/ECS system in the past, you will need to click on "New User" to sign up for the new system.
